You can earn points by signing up, placing orders for regular priced items, following us on Instagram, liking our Facebook page, signing up to receive newsletters, and celebrating your birthday. Just make sure you're logged into your account when completing these actions to ensure points are properly credited!

No, your points do not expire. You can accumulate them and redeem them whenever you like. Please note, however, that birthday gift points must be redeemed during your birthday month.

To redeem your points for a discount coupon, log into your account and open the Rewards widget at the bottom left of your screen. Go to the “Redeem Points” section to view available coupon options based on your points balance.

1. Select a coupon you're eligible for and click “Redeem.”
2. Click “Apply Coupon Now” to automatically add the discount code to your cart.
3. The discount will be applied at checkout when your cart meets the coupon’s conditions.

Free gifts are part of your "Privileges" based on your tier status in the loyalty program. To claim a free gift, log into your account and open the Rewards widget at the bottom left of your screen. Go to “My Coupons” and look for any available free gift coupons based on your tier. 

1. Click on the product image shown with the coupon to go to the product page.
2. Choose your preferred variant (like colour or size) and add it to your cart.
3. Return to the “My Coupons” section in the Rewards widget and click “Apply Coupon Now". As long as the qualifying purchase is also in your cart, the discount will apply automatically at checkout.

If you're in the Glow tier, you can choose from:

• Mini Pointe Key Ring (free with any additional item in your cart). Please note, if your chosen colour is unavailable, we will substitute it with another colour that is currently in stock.
• Bloch Satin Ribbon & Elastic Set (free with the purchase of a pair of pointe shoes).

If you're in the Shine tier, you can choose from:

• A pair of Mondor Convertible tights (free with any additional item in your cart).
• Toe Pads  (free with the purchase of a pair of pointe shoes).

Reward coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, including free gift offers available under "Privileges". They also cannot be used alongside product-specific or order-wide discounts. However, you can combine reward coupons with free shipping promotions.

If you return a purchase, any points earned from that purchase will be added back on to your account.

Unfortunately, points cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases. Points can only be earned on new purchases made after joining the program.
