We want you to love your purchase, which is why we've made returns easy! Most merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For eligible returns within Canada, we offer convenient prepaid return labels for just $5! Oversized packages are excluded and may be subject to additional return shipping charges.

Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags and packaging included, otherwise it may not qualify to be returned. Inspirations Dancewear reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on returns equal to or greater than $100. We charge a standard $50 fee to cancel any orders for Rac N Roll bags prior to receiving them. Should you wish to return a Rac N Roll bag, you would be responsible for the full shipping charge.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

• Training tools
• Accessories
• Undergarments (bodystocking and bras included)
• Custom made or special order items
• Final sale markdown merchandise

How to Request a Return

1. Log in to your account at https://account.inspirationsdancewear.com.
2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Click Request Return in the top right corner of the order page.
4. Under each item you wish to return, select a return reason from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Request Return to submit your request.

Start a Return

That's it! You will receive email updates regarding the status of your return request. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label so you can send your item(s) back with ease. The $5 return label cost will be deducted from the value of your return. Returns due to shipment errors and/or manufacturer defects may have the $5 return label cost waived. You can also log back into your account at any time to check for updates and see whether your return has been approved.

If a return is approved and received by Inspirations Dancewear but is found to be ineligible for return upon inspection (for example, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are missing original tags or packaging), no refund will be issued. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to have the merchandise returned to them.

Returns sent with shipping or Customs COD charges will not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Black Friday & Other Seasonal Sales: All sales are final sale during Black Friday and Other Seasonal promotions. No exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted on sale items purchased during the promotion. Sale excludes character skirts and gift cards.
